Superheroes aren’t always the pinnacle of healthy living. Wolverine is essentially powered by grief and whiskey, Captain America was a human pool noodle before getting that magic jab, and despite Superman’s spic-and-span veneer, the dude carks it without mass exposure to radiation.
Without giving too much away, Wade Wilson of Deadpool fame is quite accustomed to boring, deadly human diseases; this nugget of knowledge, combined with the character’s penchant for wantonly childish breast and ball jokes, makes the character’s latest fourth-wall-breaking PSA’s pretty bloody effective.
