And seldom is there a better prank than the ole’ “famous person dresses up in disguise and makes unsuspecting members of the public talk shit on them” bamboozle. An absolute classic. First ballot Hall of Fame candidate.
To that end, here we have Demi Lovato in possibly the least convincing “costume” of all time (a soldier’s cap and aviators) driving fans around in a Lyft car (a US company like Uber but with more fancy pink moustaches) and either getting them to sing bangers from the ‘Camp Rock‘ soundtrack, or leading them straight into shit talking territory.
As far as pranks go, it’s tame. But be damned if it’s not nice and sweet and kinda joyful, and those reveal moments are always a beaut.
And hey, at the very least it’s entirely plausible that people would be fooled. Not like the previous video with Shaq dressed up in a bunch of weirdo costumes.
