Comedy Central has apparently recognised that U.S. President Donald Trump just provides too much bullshit for The Daily Show to cover on its own, by announcing the imminent arrival of The President Show.
As if the name doesn’t give it away, the first promotional footage of the weekly talk show features key player Anthony Atamanuik and his seriously high-quality Donny prepping for debut.

Atamanuik, a seasoned improv pro and former Broad City actor, will helm the show on Thursdays from April 27. Joining him: Peter Grosz as Vice President Mike Pence. Because who wouldn’t want that man as an on-set partner.
