Here’s your first glimpse at Lars Von Trier’s psychosexual bildungsroman ‘Nymphomaniac,’ which traces the titular development of Von Trier’s muse, Charlotte Gainsbourg’s character Joe, (here played by a young Stacey Martin). The film’s cast includes Uma Thurman, Stellan Skarsgard and Shia LeBeouf, who is reported to have performed unsimulated sex scenes for the Danish auteur. ‘Nymphomaniac‘ is due in theatres December 25th.
