WATCH: Alec Baldwin Warms Up For ‘SNL’ By Out-Trumping Jimmy Fallon

It feels like the next instalment of Saturday Night Live will be a big. Bigly big. After chief President Donald Trump impersonator Alec Baldwin promised it’d be unusually huge, one of Trump’s (many) nemeses Rosie O’Donnell teased an appearance as his advisor / puppetmaster Stephen Bannon.

Oh, that’s not even mentioning the fact the sketch comedy juggernaut is enjoying a massive ratings upswing, with more eyes peeled on the show than at any time since the mid-90’s.

Still, because the passage of time operates in the way it does, it’ll be a little while before Baldwin gets to hang shit on Trump with the ensemble cast. That doesn’t mean he can’t practice, though, and that’s exactly what he did on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.

Sitting opposite the host – who drew criticism during the election cycle for giving Trump an easy go – Baldwin snuck some jabs at the Prez into the show’s Box Of Lies game segment.

When forced to bluff about the random object placed in front of him, Baldwin feigned it was a burrito filled with Honduran bananas – and that “the Honduran who delivered this burrito to the studio, we had him deported.”

Scathing? Nah, not really. But, like the fabled bana-burrito, it might have enough sustenance to see you through until SNL’s arrival. Catch the back-and-forth from 3:50 below:
