The first time we watched this informercial for a new year’s eve house party on Sydney Harbour, it didn’t seem all that strange. It didn’t seem all that strange the second time either, but after three or four viewings, we just can’t stop watching it.
There’s just something so … haunted about her delivery, and her eyes seem to say ‘I must get them excited about this glamorous new year’s eve house party, or the sheikh will have me fight Tara Reid to the death on his pleasure yacht.’
Then again, it could just be that it reminds us of Avery Jessup’s early work for Overshoppe.com.
