Pop the Moët! Vogue Australia has been named Magazine of the Year at the third annual Australian Magazine Awards. Judges chose the monthly because its “covers are stunning and are true to brand form,” and because “Vogue sets the benchmark for fashion and beauty within its category and does that for the entire magazine channel.” We have no idea what that means but we certainly agree with the stunning covers part, the majority of which were lensed by Songs multi-tasker Max Doyle. 2011 marks the award’s inaugural Website and App categories which were won this year by kid’s publication kzone.com.au (if we were six we’d log up some serious hours in their gaming zone) and the very helpful Super Foods Ideas app. Full list of winners below…
