It’s unlikely there will be a more loin-girding announcement today than Flight Of The Conchords are finally coming to Australia! Pedestrian is over the moon to join The Frontier Touring Company in bringing out the NZ musical-comedy duo for their first ever Australian headline tour. Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement, the guys behind FOTC soul-infused classics like “Too Many Dicks on the Dancefloor”, announced seven Australian performances which will kick off in Sydney on July 5 and more than likely feature weird Kiwi jokes and animal-themed pullovers. Jemaine said of the announcement, “We are finally returning to Australia. Mostly to apologise.”
UPDATE: Due to popular demand New Zealand’s ‘fourth most popular folk-parody duo’ have added a new Perth show at Challenge Stadium on July 19th.
