Halloween is a wonderful time where all of the best memes from the last twelve months come to life in the form of scarily accurate costumes. And obviously, Untitled Goose Game wasn’t exempt from the meme-ified costume either.

Untitled Goose Game, the video game in which you play a horrible goose that torments the locals of a small village, went viral a few months ago, and for good reason. You get to live out your asshole dreams through as the game’s titular hero.
Unlike other games, that have a strong narrative to follow, Untitled Goose Game does what it says on the box. You’re a goose. You run around honking at people and stealing shit. So it’s unsurprising that people fucking love it, and naturally want to live out their wildest goose fantasies on Halloween.
The game is simple, the costumes are simple. But there’s a beauty in simplicity, and Twitter user Kate Ludlow has found it with her 2019 Halloween costume.

Complete with her very own horrible goose, Kate channelled her inner old man wearing a woollen hat.
Although this is my favourite rendition of the Untitled Goose costume, it definitely isn’t the only one. Like Kate, many UGG fans dressed up as their favourite victims of the horrible goose.

The opportunities for goose-inspired costumes are truly endless. Whether you’re being tormented by the goose, or you’re the goose himself, nothing sums up the spirit of Halloween quite like running around being a horrible goose.
Halloween is officially over, which means I will soon have to give up judging everyone’s costumes despite not having one of my own. But in a last-ditch effort to serve up some premium grade Halloween content, I thought I’d better share the goose that has changed our lives this year.
