In exhilarating news for Down Under fans of the Aaron Spelling produced supernatural TV drama series of the late 90s and early to mid 2000s, Oz Comic Con organisers have unveiled that two-thirds of the mystical OG Halliwell sisters who headlined Charmed before Rose McGowan came along will be gracing us with their auras this year.
Just one Alyssa Milano shy of reaching OG sister witch status, actresses Shannen Doherty (Prue) and Holly Marie Combs (Piper) will touch down in the country from late March and into April, invoking the power of two thirds to safely navigate the unbridled fandom, creepy cosplay and cavernous exhibition halls of Australia as part of the 2014 Oz Comic Con event, appearing in both Perth and Adelaide.
The Perth and Adelaide legs will also feature Doctor Who star Billie Piper and sci-fi queen Amanda Tapping who you may know from Stargate SG-1 and Sanctuary. But with respect to them, it’s all about the sister witches.
