In absolutely shocking news, it appears that old mate Tristan Thompson was using the old-fashioned method of Instagram DM sliding in order to cheat on Khloé Kardashian.
Truly this is groundbreaking stuff. Instagram DMs have never once before been used for this purpose. The feature exists solely to privately send your mates low-key insulting memes, and in fact if you read Instagram’s 5,000-word terms and conditions it would probably say exactly that.
But a single source – so take this with a grain of salt – is telling Us Weekly that Tristan would almost definitely have been sliding into DMs to hook up.
“Tristan slides into girls’ DMs. He messages girls that way, on Instagram, and then meets up with them,” the source said. Then, if you’ve ever wondered exactly what was Thompson’s type, the source continued: “He likes exotic or non-American-looking girls with big butts.”
It all comes after the Cleveland Cavaliers power forward was caught on camera cheating on Khloé when she was three months pregnant. She gave birth to their daughter, True Thompson, about two days after the news story broke.
While there were reports shortly after the birth that Khloé had “forgiven” him (those post-baby hormones must really do a bloody number on you), new reports say that their relationship is “hanging by a thread”.
Khloé herself hasn’t spoken about the cheating, and her (often shady) sisters / mum haven’t either. In fact, outside of happy birthday messages to Kourtney and tweets – almost definitely not sent by her – to promote her app, she’s hardly said a word since announcing the arrival of True.
