Let us preface this article by saying there’s a higher than 50% chance this rumour amounts to nothing.
But, as Aussies, it’s our duty to inform you of an equally likely chance that international megastar and pride of the Gold Coast, Margot Robbie, is preggo.
According to sources over at NW, the 26-year-old – who got hitched to boyfriend Tom Ackerley in a secret Byron Bay ceremony last December – is set to confirm she’s expecting her first child any bloody day now.
An insider aka unloyal friend told the magazine:
“It’s so exciting – although she’s not really showing yet, so not many people have cottoned onto the news. We’re expecting an announcement any day now.”
The same person even speculates she may have been pregnant at her wedding.
“Given how far along we think she is, there’s definitely a chance she was [pregnant] at the wedding.”
That seems less likely given how tough it would have been to hide the fact she wasn’t drinking, but Margot *is* clucky af.
In the past, she’s spoken about wanting a family of at least four.
“I want tons of children. I grew up in a family of four [kids], so that sounds like a good number.”
In the off chance the rumours are true, let us be the first to offer our congratulations.
