The Voice, John Farnham, Rumoured To Join The Voice, The TV Show

In a match made in pun heaven which will enable us to one day write the headline, Viewers Voice Concerns That ‘The Voice’ Doesn’t Understand The Voice Is About The Voices, the man known as The Voice, John Farnham, the T-1000 of the Australian recording industry, is reportedly in the running to be a replacement judge on the new season of The Voice Australia, claiming one of the two red chairs rumoured to have been vacated by Seal and Ricky Martin

According to news.com.au: “That’s the rumour according to ‘Supergrass,’ the gossip reporter on Triple M Sydney’s Grill team.  The 64-year-old Aussie icon will reportedly be joined by serial talent show judge and former Spice Girl Mel B whose contract with Channel 7 ends early next year.  The two new signings will join Delta Goodrem and Joel Madden who will remain with the hit Channel 9 show.”

Though just a whisper-of-a-rumour-we-would-desperately-like-to-see-happen at this stage – Seal and Martin are yet to announce their departures – this union almost makes too much sense.

This, obviously.
