If you’re in need of a quick reminder that you are, in fact, human and that you really, truly do feel emotions this morning, here’s the stirring first trailer for The Theory of Everything, the highly-anticipated biopic based on the extraordinary life of Stephen Hawking.
Tracing his development from his time as a student at Cambridge diagnosed with motor neuron disease and given a two year life expectancy to his success as a brilliant theoretical astrophysicist, Everything stars equal parts toothy and charming British thespians Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones as Hawking and his wife of thirty years, Jane, on whose book the film is based; Professor Lupin also stars as a professor of some sort, and Viserys Tagaryen is in there too.
The Theory of Everything opens in Australia on January 29th, 2015, in the thick of awards season.
