The Rock Has Big Issues With Some Of His “Candy Ass” Male ‘Fast 8’ Co-Stars

Of all the people you’d want to cross in your workplace, The Rock is definitely not one of them.
The man born Dwayne Johnson, inarguably one of the nicest-seeming people on the planet, recently wrapped up his commitments on the set of ‘Fast 8and celebrated the momentous occasion with a quick little Instagram post.
But all is apparently not well on the set. While The Rock’s typical humble and thankful praise for the cast and his female co-stars was overflowing, The People’s Champ absolutely dragged some of his male co-stars in an uncharacteristic burst of vitriol.
Despite coming from the world of professional wrestling, Rock didn’t pull any punches in lambasting some unnamed “chicken shit” men who apparently rubbed him completely the wrong way.

This is my final week of shooting #FastAndFurious8. There’s no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one. An incredible hard working crew. UNIVERSAL has been great partners as well. My female co-stars are always amazing and I love ’em. My male co-stars however are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t. The ones that don’t are too chicken shit to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you’re right. Bottom line is it’ll play great for the movie and fits this Hobbs character that’s embedded in my DNA extremely well. The producer in me is happy about this part??. Final week on FAST 8 and I’ll finish strong. #IcemanCometh #F8 #ZeroToleranceForCandyAsses

HOOOO BOY.

So who exactly could he be talking about? Obviously Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, Kurt Russell, Lucas Black, and Tyrese Gibson have all appeared alongside Johnson in previous Fast & Furious films, and the issue didn’t arise then.
The new addition to the cast, Scott Eastwood, seems the likely culprit. Particularly given that the son of Clint already made thinly veiled swipes at his cast in an interview with Esquire, where he stated, “I’m on this Fast and the Furious movie right now, and everyone goes back to their trailer. I stick around and say, “Why you are setting up the shot like this?” I want to learn.
Even still, how’s the composure on The Rock to state that even though some unnamed so-and-so shit him right up the wall, it ultimately made for good footage for the movie.
Either way, when Fast 8 comes out next April, there’s now double the reason to grab the popcorn.
