The ‘Making A Murderer’ Creators Are Back & Making A New Murder-Less Show

It’s finally come out that Moira Demos and Laura Ricciardi are working on a new show, and after the insane success of their true crime Netflix special ‘Making a Murderer’, it’s safe to say many of us are excited.

Now, their new show isn’t super murder-y, and it’s not a documentary, either. It’s scripted, but it is still based on a true story.
The show is gonna be called ‘America’s Most Admired Lawbreaker’, and it’s about Johnson & Johnson. Yep, you’re thinking of the right one – the company that does that does the ‘No More Tears’ shampoo to stop kids screaming while getting their hair washed.
It’s based on a 15-part Huffington Post story of the same name, written by journalist Steven Brill.
Brill investigates the company and finds out that Johnson & Johnson had created a drug and released it for the elderly and for children, all the while knowing that the drug was potentially dangerous.
Oh! And the series is being backed by Smokehouse Pictures, which is George Clooney‘s production company.
There’s no information yet about when or where the series will be released, but we’ll let you know as soon as we do.
