Channel Ten seems to have realised that the current season of MasterChef has seen the golden goose a tad overcooked – there’s only so many times a macro lens close up of a slightly bungled soufflé set to symphonic opera can reduce one to tears while George looks unimpressed and walks away shaking his head in disappointment for all that could have been. Quite frankly we prefer Cook Suck for our food police needs.
To boost flagging morale Ten have come up with the perfect solution – Survivor that shit!
Namely, bring back 12 popular contestants from the first 3 seasons to decide who is the ultimate MasterChef in Australia.
From the promo video we can gauge that the usually placid and adorable Kumar Pereira is prepared to spank someone with an egg beater for the title, Hayden “certified dreamboat” Quinn is just going to stare at you girl and all of the female contestants are slightly awkward seductresses who appear to be attempting flirtatious glances and bedroom eyes.

Season One: Julie Goodwin (winner), Poh-Ling Yeow, Chris Badenoch and Justine Schofield.
Season Two: Callum Hann, Marion Grasby, Jonathan Daddia and Aaron Harvie.
Season Three: Kate Bracks (winner), Dani Venn, Hayden Quinn and Kumar Pereira.
