I regret to inform you that everyone’s internet zaddy / dream boyfriend Taika Waititi has become red carpet official with Rita Ora. You know, in case you didn’t have enough reason to be glum already.
Taika and Rita made their Real Official Couple debut while attending the Warner Bros. premiere of The Suicide Squad at Regency Village Theatre in LA together. Taika plays a giant starfish called Starro in the film, which is actually very on brand for him.
Anyway, the two lovebirds showed up arm in arm, giggling and holding hands like high schoolers on their first date. It was disgustingly adorable and the two clearly seem smitten with each other. Am I bitter? Yes. Do I care? No.

The pair first sparked dating rumors back in April after Rita shared pics of Taika throwing his arms around her neck, and they were both in Australia when Rita was filming The Voice and Taika was filming Thor: Love And Thunder.
Which is around when those pictures came out of their iconique three-way smooch with Tessa Thompson. I still think about those pics at least once a week.
God, imagine getting to kiss BOTH Tessa Thompson and Taika Waititi at the same time… some people are just blessed, huh?

A source told The Sun that the pair had been dating since early March, but that it was a secret and only their friends were in on the relationship.
