Deadline reveals that Revolution Studios, the studio that produced the epic noughties flick, is in the midst of churning out a Suddenly 30 Broadway musical and a telly series might be next.

Revolution Studios Chief Executive Officer Vince Totino revealed the news during the red carpet at the Creative Arts Emmys.

“Revolution has really large library of pictures, and we’re always looking for things to develop for a sequel (or) derivative projects,” Totino told the publication.

13 Going on 30 is a fantastic movie that people loved and are still reacting to today… First it has to make the stage and theater, and once that occurs, who knows? It could come back as a live show. I would love for that to happen.”

The 2004 movie starred Jennifer Garner as Jenna Rink, Mark Ruffalo as her love interest Matt, Judy Greer as her sassy frenemy and Andy Serkis as her editor.

The film received an approval rating of 64% on Rotten Tomatoes and Garner was nominated for an MTV Movie Award and a Teen Choice Award for her role as Jenna Rink.
