As excitement for Sophie Monk‘s season of The Bachelorette reaches a fever pitch – three days and counting, folks – Network Ten have gone ahead and revealed the traditional cast photo, showing the blokes who’ll be vying for her heart.
The likely lads include self-styled fashion designer Pete, ex-rugby player Ryan, and voice artist Sam, who says he one slipped out of his jocks and donned a Superman apron to impress his partner – he’ll have to go one up on that to snag Sophie’s interest frankly.
Financial adviser James says he can picture himself going on a ski trip with Sophie and “a few little Monks” in tow, while business culture consultant Luke describes himself as a “spiritual” type.
Also amongst the contestants are Gold Coast-based magician Apollo – who apparently smashed all of Sophie’s pre-conceived ideas about magicians – and professional polo player Bingham. These guys’ occupations are wild, and we’re completely here for it.

Sophie confirmed that she found love this season, telling Stellar magazine: “You never know, but my gut is saying this is amazing.”
I mean, that statement could just as easily apply to Yakult, but we’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she’s talking about a bloke and not fermented skim milk and bacteria.
