Soon, the smartphone might be tapping into all of our senses, except maybe taste. A prototype for a scent app/ hardware duo currently exists, care of the company ChatPerf. It’s called Scentee, and contrary to your preliminary presumptions, is not a thrifty brand of toilet spray, thanks very much. Operating with a plugin attachment holding a liquid refill, users can activate the scent with a button command included in the app. Their friends that also have the app get to cop the nasal feels too.
