Sony Releases ‘The Interview’ On YouTube

Just in time for the silly season, Sony Pictures has made the call to release their contentious (and probably quite terrible) film The Interview online. As of this morning, James Francophiles will be able to stream the hilarious diplomatic disaster comedy on YouTube, Google Play, Xbox Video and because they’re asking for it, SeeTheInterview.com.
These are all currently geoblocked outside of the USA, which means Santa has his torrenting work cut out for him this Christmas in finding a release copy for the rest of us.
This is the latest development in an ongoing tete-a-tete between Sony (/America) and North Korea which has led to Internet outageshacked information being released and Barack Obama getting really, really upset.

Do they know it’s Christmas in North Korea? They certainly will now.
