The Situation From ‘Jersey Shore’ Got Unbelievably Jacked While In Prison

Situation, Jersey Shore, Mike Sorrentino

I don’t want to be facetious here, but while the rest of us are hitting the gym every morning and doing the keto diet like absolute fuckheads, Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino may have found the best fitness plan of all – getting locked in federal prison for eight months.

Okay, yeah, that’s not actually a good plan, and just for the record, I’m absolutely not suggesting that you do it as a way to achieve your body goals. Just go ahead and disregard that whole first paragraph. Having said that, LOOK AT THIS MAGNIFICENT UNIT OF A MAN. Just LOOK AT HIM, guys:

“This is what it looks like when you turn a negative Situation into a positive Situation”, said the reality star, who got out of jail two weeks ago after serving time for tax evasion. Former cast-mate Snooki commented “teach me your ways, master”, and frankly, I would like to know as well.

Earlier this week, Sorrentino spoke to Entertainment Tonight about how he feels to be a free man, about his new “fitness, family fun and finances” outlook, and the the routine that helped him lose 15 kilos while behind bars.

How did he do it? Well, he woke up every day at 7am and did an hour of cardio, working out at least three times a day to avoid getting in his feelings. He also practiced intermittent fasting, sometimes not eating for 16 to 17 hour during the week, and 18 to 19 hours on the weekend.

Eight months of that, and he was in the best shape of his life. Sound easy and achievable? Not fucken remotely if I’m honest, but it definitely looks good on him:
