Shannon Noll Unloads On “Big-Mouthed Wankers” Who Criticise Him

It’s almost two months since he unleashed a foul-mouthed rant on a beer can-throwing audience member, but loose unit Shannon Noll definitely hasn’t let it go, telling his critics to get stuffed at a gig overnight in New South Wales.

Nollsy infamously let loose on a punter after a can was thrown at him during a performance at the Duck Creek Picnic Races, and video of the incident shows him threatening to punch the “fucking private school stupid fuckhead” responsible.

He was criticised for his heated response, and even lost a gig at the ‘family-friendly’ Mount Isa Mines Rotary Rodeo because of it, with some calling out his taunt “I’ll fuck your missus and your mum” as an “inexcusable” example of rape culture.

Last night, he was having none of it, pausing his show at the Penrith Panthers Leagues Club to have a crack at media “bullshit”. Addressing the crowd, the singer said of the response:

“They all made out like it was just one can, you know what I mean? We were there for 80 minutes and there were 35 cans thrown at us onstage. So it wasn’t just the one that was reported.”

Per reports in News Corp, he addressed the incident again before his performance of the 2005 hit ‘Lift‘, raising two middle fingers to his critics and saying:

“This song’s done more good than any of you big-mouthed wankers will ever do with their whole friggin’ lives, so I don’t care, they can say whatever they want.”

Based on his Instagram, Shannon Noll has been spending a bit of time in the studio lately:
