Remember that time last year when some sneaky bugger hacked into Selena Gomez‘s emails, gained access to her Instagram and posted pics of naked Justin Bieber?

Well said sneaky bugger has officially been charged, the Los Angeles Police Department wrote in a press release.

The crafty creature is a 21-year-old New Jersey woman by the name of Susan Atrach and she’s copped charges including five felony counts of identity theft, five felony counts of accessing and using computer data to commit fraud or to control or obtain money, property or data, and one felony count of accessing and using computer data or taking supporting documentation without permission, per the press release.

Page Six reports that between June 2015 and February 2016, Selena became the victim of hacking several times which is when Atrach allegedly stole the actress’s data and stored it to later post online.

In 2017, nude pics of Sel’s ex Justin Bieber were posted on her Instagram, before her account temporarily disappeared. When it was restored, the pics were gone.

The infamous nude snaps were taken during a 2015 trip to Bora Bora, which would coincide with the timeline of when Selena was hacked.

Atrach faces a possible maximum sentence of nine years and eight months in state prison if convicted as charged.

“She is going to surrender here in LA,” an LAPD representative told the New York Post.

She’ll be arraigned on August 27.

The case remains under investigation by the District Attorney’s Office, Bureau of Investigation.
