It’s been a bloody big year for comedian, former Triple J presenter, and all around nice bloke Scott “Dools” Dooley. He’s been hard at it for the past twelve months, touring across Australia and the globe, plying his trade as a stand-up comic. Though, somewhat unusually, Dools took a camera crew with him to film his every move – both on and off the stage.
The result is Debut, a wholly unique stand up comedy film that will showcase both his comedy, as well as the man behind it.
Dools stopped by the PEDESTRIAN.TV offices for a chat with us not too long ago, and we’re dead keen to share what he had to say with all of you. The first instalment of a four-part interview can be seen below, wherein ya boi talks about the amount of Jerry Springers munched in the entertainment industry, as well as his own complete inability to obtain them.
Check out the trailer for Dools’ film Debut below, which is out now.
And you can catch Scott Dooley plying his trade as a shithot stand-up on the following festival runs.
