This Legend Made The Entire Schitt’s Creek Town Out Of Fisher-Price Toys & Yay David, Yay!

schitt's creek town recreated

Yay David, yay! An absolute legend made the entire Schitt’s Creek town out of Fisher-Price toys, and suddenly I’m crying like it’s the season finale all over again. Dear Dan and Eugene Levy, I am once again begging you to give us a proper Schitt’s Creek movie ASAP.

Todd Cameron and his son are die-hard fans of the show. One day, he found a Sesame Street set of Fisher-Price toys in an op-shop and couldn’t help seeing the iconic Rose Apothecary and Cafe Tropical from the show in it.

So, like any super-fan, he dedicated the next five months and a shit tonne of superglue to crafting the perfect Schitt’s Creek town for his son. The result? Essentially a super-cut of some of the best moments and quotes from the show only starring egg-shaped versions of your faves.

And bebe, it’s oh, so cute.

In a stop-motion TikTok, Cameron (@thelittleschitts) re-enacts iconic scenes from the show, from the time David (Dan Levy) wets the bed in his and Patrick’s (Noah Reid) apartment before their wedding (and when Patrick proposed!!) to the time Alexis (Annie Murphy) called Mutt (Tim Rozon) a “goat” for living in a barn, and the Rose family’s iconic hotel rooms.

Brb, binging the show all over again.

Back in September 2020, Dan Levy teased the idea of a potential movie sequel after the show’s seven-season run.

“If there is an idea that pops into my head it has to be really freaking good because this is a nice way to say goodbye,” Levy said at The Emmys, where the show swept the award categories.

“Fingers crossed we get a nice idea popping into our head soon… I would love to work with these people again.”

Excuse me while I choke up remembering the final few episodes of Schitt’s Creek. Now if only Cameron could do a re-enactment of Moira Rose (Catherine O’Hara) in The Crows Have Eyes III: The Crowning. Where’s her Emmy?
