Sarah Silverman Killed It in Her SNL Opening Monologue

Saturday Night Live has leaned pretty hard on musical monologues of late – see Chris Pratt‘s season opener last week – so it was refreshing when the show let this week’s host Sarah Silverman off the chain for a lengthy, weird stand-up comedy performance.

Being network TV and all, Silverman had to keep her famously foul mouth in check, but she still came through with flying colours, making things very, very awkward for one lucky audience member, and flashing back to her brief time as a cast member on the show.

More of this please, SNL.
