Last night Sarah Murdoch announced the wrong winner at the live televised finale of Australia’s Next Top Model, naming Sydney’s Kelsey Martinovich the victor over Brisbane girl Amanda Ware. It wasn’t until Kelsey had made her acceptance speech before a screaming crowd when Murdoch obviously was alerted about the cock up. Holy shit this is awkward. I love you live TV.

Sarah Murdoch genuinely seemed upset by the mistake, and the girls both handled it really well. Conspiracy theorists are speculating that the whole thing might have been a set up to get the show some national publicity.
At least the best model won in the end.
