Sandra Bullock Set To Star In All-Female Reboot Of ‘Ocean’s 11’

Today in reboots with which we can 100% get on board, it has been announced that Sandra Bullock is set to star in an upcoming, new take on the heist movie Ocean’s 11, featuring a gender-flipped cast.
Gary Ross, who directed The Hunger Games in 2012 and is currently working with Matthew McConaughey on a civil war drama, is set to direct, although no other casting announcements have been made as yet.
The new film is reportedly the result of a collaboration between Steven Soderbergh – who directed the 2001 version of Ocean’s 11 – along with that movie’s star, George Clooney, and late producer Jerry Weintraub.
Next year will see the release of the much-talked-about Ghostbusters reboot starring Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon (mark us down as ‘still keen as hell’ for that one).

Interestingly, per details from last year’s Sony email hack, former Sony Pictures head Amy Pascal rushed the gender-swapped Ghostbusters into production after hearing of plans for a gender-swapped Ocean’s.
You may now begin speculating wildly as to who will fill the other 10 spots in Sandra Bullock’s crew.
