Ryan Gosling has missed out on People’s (the US sister publication of WHO) coveted title of Sexiest Man Alive to Bradley Cooper this month, but his fans aren’t impressed.

Yesterday marked the official start of perhaps the most bizarre ‘Occupy’ protests the world has seen yet; ‘Occupy People Magazine’. Spurred by a flurry of Internet activity, including this Facebook page, Gosling tragics headed to the headquarters of People, replacing the Guy Fawkes masks of protest with cutouts of the star’s face and some pretty hilarious signage.

Sexiest Man Forever George Clooney even got in on the act, quoted as saying “It’s got to be Ryan [Gosling], don’t you think? He’s been training and working so hard for it, Ryan Gosling has – he really wants it. Man, if that’s not an endorsement, we don’t know what is. We’ve even got the tag line ready for you: “Bradley Cooper is just fine, but Ryan Gosling is divine!”
