Ever since Rebel Wilson won her defamation case against Bauer Media – and might well be getting a multi-million dollar pay-out because of it – people have been speculating what this means for other celebs so often maligned by gossip mags.
Well, one person is already (potentially) going there: old mate Russell Crowe.
He was the subject of a beat-up in Women’s Day this morning, which reported that the 53-year-old actor had found love with his 22-year-old former cast mate, Sophia Forrest.
“Woman’s Day can exclusively reveal that Russell Crowe has been quietly dating new ‘Love Child‘ star 22-year-old Sophia Forrest for three months,” the mag reported.
“Friends tell us it’s fast become “serious” after the Gladiator actor recently introduced the actress ?to his two young sons.”
The piece goes through the usual theatrics of quoting a “source” on said relationship, which is how mags manage to publish stories that are blatantly untrue in the first place.
But Rusty – who has long been rumoured to be dating Terri Irwin anyway, and SHOULD JUST GO PUBLIC WITH THAT RELATIONSHIP ALREADY – threatened to go all Rebel Wilson on Women’s Day’s ass.
