Rupert Murdoch Snares A 20th Century Fox, Gets Engaged To Jerry Hall

Not to get all mushy on you, but Rupert Murdoch has proved that age and a slight resemblance to Galactic Emperor Palpatine are no barriers to true love, announcing his engagement today to supermodel Jerry Hall.
Murdoch, a billionaire, bought into 20th Century Fox in the mid-1980s; Hall, a 20th century fox, was one of the most celebrated and successful models of her era, and dated Mick Jagger from 1977 to 1999.
The pair, who somehow or other have 10 children between them, announced their engagement in Murdoch’s U.K. paper The Times, just hours after walking the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards.
The simple announcement read:

“Mr Rupert Murdoch, father of Prudence, Elisabeth, Lachlan, James, Grace and Chloe Murdoch, and Miss Jerry Hall, mother of Elizabeth, James, Georgia and Gabriel Jagger are delighted to announce their engagement.”
This will technically be Hall’s first marriage, as her wedding to Jagger in a private Balinese ceremony in 1990 was declared invalid by the High Court upon their split years later.
Murdoch (84) and Hall (59) haven’t yet set a date for their wedding, but we’ll remain on high alert for that announcement.
We know it’s the wrong Aussie media dynasty but we’ll go ahead and leave this here:
