Rob Lowe Attempted a Daring Jetski Rescue Mission

Parks And Recreation star and physically perfect specimen Rob Lowe was vacationing in Hawaii this weekend when disaster struck, and a sailboat ran aground near Kaupulehu.
Unable to just sit back and watch, he sprang into action – Page Six report that the “svelte and shirtless” actor hopped on a jetski and “fought the choppy waters” as he sped out to the boat to lend a hand.
“Wearing a pair of navy and green striped swim trunks, Lowe and another man combed the waters in search of people aboard the 74-foot vessel, the Hawaii Aloha,” they said in their report.
While Lowe and his mate put in a valiant effort, four of the five people from the stranded vessel had already made their way to a lifeboat, and were subsequently rescued.
Hawaii’s KITV report that a fifth man, aged 22, is still missing. The ship, Hawaii Aloha, was owned by a Christian youth group, who were on a mission providing dental and health services in the South Pacific region.
