Heralding his newly launched Sydney to Los Angeles carrier V Australia, Sir Richard Branson promised competitive pricing and a touch of glamour with Sex & the City’s Kristin Davis, Catrina Rowntree, Julian McMahon, Holly Valance, Marcia Hines and The Potbelleez all involved in celebrating the carrier’s inaugural flight to LA.
Said Virgin CEO Sir Richard Branson: “This is a unique moment in Virgin’s history and we, as a global airline group of airlines, are very excited to be able to provide travellers with the option of flying all around the world using Virgin airlines that all represent the same value for money, fun and commitment to service and innovation.”
Cheaper flights across the Pacific? Sounds like a good idea to me. V Australia begins its Brisbane to LA flights on April 8 and Melbourne to LA on September 15.
