Queen Mariah Has Recorded A Diva-Heavy Break Up Anthem About James Packer

2016 was a very difficult year for a plethora of different reasons – but one of the big ‘uns was watching the bloody heartbreaking split up of pop legend Mariah Carey and Aussie billionaire James Packer. True story, y’all.
The power couple were engaged to be married, and we were all thrilled when we found out about Carey‘s reality show which would film the lead up to the insanely huge wedding.
Sadly, the pair broke up in October, after having an enormous fight during a holiday in Mykonos, Greece. The world’s heart was broken, and we all had to address the fact that it may never mend.
Packer told her to keep the $10 million engagement ring he bought her, and Carey allegedly considered suing him for a $50 million settlement, citing that their relationship helped open business doors for him.
Luckily for us, Mariah has found love again with back up dancer Bryan Tanaka, and the reality show is continuing.
And TMZ is now reporting that Carey has recorded a Taylor Swift-esque break up anthem about the break up with Packer.
She allegedly recorded said track with YG over the weekend, and the infamous diva is reportedly hoping that the song will be ‘anthem for women overcoming harsh breakups’.
They started recording on Saturday, and within 24 hours, they’d wrapped on both the track *AND* the music video. Impressive.
It’s being reported that the song will debut on the season finale of ‘Mariah’s World‘, which is airing in the US this weekend.
