Pierce Brosnan, Easily The Third Or Fourth Best Bond, Reckons It’s Time For A Female 007

As rumours surrounding Lashana Lynch and Bond 25 reach a fever pitch, former Bond-man and overall daddy Pierce Brosnan has thrown his support behind a female 007 lead being cast in the next James Bond film.

Brosnan was recently questioned by The Hollywood Reporter about whether a female should assume the role of Bond in future films.

“Yes!” he told the publication. “I think we’ve watched the guys do it for the last 40 years, get out of the way, guys, and put a woman up there. I think it would be exhilarating, it would be exciting.”

Despite this, Brosnan expressed doubt that this would eventuate under the reign of the current producers. “I don’t think that’s going to happen with the Broccolis. I don’t think that is going to happen under their watch.”

As expected, the thought of a female 007 has sent many English white men into a fucking frenzy. ‘They are not changing James Bond to a damn woman on my watch,” old fart Piers Morgan said on air.

Well, fortunately for us, progression is on our side and douche-lords like Fears Morgan are on the out. Ta ra, kid.
