Paris Jackson, the daughter of late entertainer Michael Jackson, has hit back at a recent TMZ report claiming that she was hospitalised and placed under psychiatric hold, calling it “lies”.

Jackson has been the subject of increased public attention since the documentary Leaving Neverland aired, with fresh claims of child sexual abuse against her father.

Overnight, TMZ reported that the 20-year-old had been rushed to hospital over an alleged suicide attempt, a story that she immediately and angrily dismissed on social media.

Responding to a Tweet from Real Housewives star Bethenny Frankel, who is somehow also mixed up in this story now, Jackson wrote “lies lies lies omg and more lies.”

She then sent a Tweet directly to TMZ, saying “fuck you you fucking liars.”

Last week, Paris Jackson made headlines when she filmed herself smoking a bong and uploaded it to social media, and she has since lashed out at report she is somehow troubled, saying:

“I smoke weed on my story ONE time and all of a sudden I’m a junkie meth alcoholic party raver that’s also secretly married and pregnant and may or may not have a penis.”

Leaving Neverland features interviews with Wade Robson and James Safechuck, both of whom allege that Michael Jackson molested them as children in the late ’80s and early ’90s.

In response to a question about the documentary, Paris said “there’s nothing I can say that hasn’t already been said in regards to defense”, adding that her cousin Taj is doing a good job of defending her dad.
