If (like the rest of us) you’ve been staring slack-jawed, drool-leaking at the television as you watch a parade of gorgeous women vie for the heart of Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins, you’re probably aware of the ultimate being on this godforsaken planet: Osher Günsberg.

Yes, the love runs strong for this man, and he is the highlight of our evening viewing habits. A charmed human. A beloved personality. A rose ceremony-hosting champion.

So basically we’ll take any opportunity to hear what he has to say (Um no, we don’t just want Bachelor spoilers hahahaha what), and we’re gonna get that opportunity soon now that he’ll be hosting a special episode of his podcast at the IKEA Democratic Design Festival next week.

He’ll be taking to the stage with IKEA’s Head of Design, Marcus Engman, for a live recording of ‘A Night Of Design With Osher‘ – in which they will discuss all things design and how to really appreciate it. Because if there’s anyone who can appreciate incredible design, Günsberg is your guy.

It kicks off Monday night from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at the Museum of Contemporary Art, and if you’re fretting over missing out on your dinner, rest assured there are plenty of IKEA meatballs available to channel down your gullet at rapid pace.

You can even decide how much cash you want to sling them for your plate of balls, because it’s all part of an initiative called Donate Your Plate, where all the proceeds go to Foodbank AustraliaFrom $20 you and your pals could be dining with a view of Sydney Harbour, sipping your specially designed IKEA cocktail on arrival, before digging into a three-course shared meal.

This feed sesh will be running across all three days of the festival, so if you can’t make it on Monday never fear. There will be Roo Balls, salmon balls and your fave OG meatballs on offer the whole time. Head over to IKEA for more info.
