If you’ve somehow collapsed and missed the news, an all-female reboot of the Ocean’s trilogy is coming, with just a whole bunch of women you’d kill to see pull off a heist at an event as glitzy as the Met Gala.
Judging by the teaser, it looks like Sandra Bullock is slipping into the George Clooney role, with Cate Blanchett as her Brad Pitt.
“Why do you need to do this,” asks Blanchett.
“Because that’s what I’m good at,” replies Bullock.
Joining them in pulling off this grandest of heists is Anne Hathaway, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Helena Bonham Carter, Awkwafina and – oh yeah – Rihanna, all of whom we get a glimpse of in this teaser.
The full trailer is out tomorrow and let us tell you: we cannot freaking wait.
