Look, we were taken aback when we discovered Nicole goddamn Kidman once had a crush on Jimmy Fallon. We weren’t quite as shocked as the man himself, though.
Quick recap: in one of the greatest segments of Fallon’s Tonight Show tenure, Kidman reminded him they actually once went on a date. The thing is, at the time, he totally misread her interest and thought they were just chillin’.
They usually censor extreme violence on network television, but for one night last year, NBC let viewers watch a grown man’s heart being ripped in two.
With that nightmare-fuelling incident receding into the past, Kidman just made another appearance on his show. Those two ships in the oblivious night worked their way through a skit to ease the tension, before Kidman ramped it right back up:
