The film asks: “What would you do on the last day on Earth?” Just casually.

In June this year Village Roadshow are releasing their next big horror movie after Wolf Creek 2; you may already have seen the unofficial trailer, which was floating around the internet last year but watch this one.

“THESE FINAL HOURS tells the story of a self-obsessed young man (Nathan Phillips) as he makes his way to the party-to-end-all-parties on the last day on Earth and stars an ensemble of rising Australian acting talent, like Zak Hilditch, who wrote and directed the project.”
The feature was developed after Zak’s short film Transmission won Best Screenplay at the 2013 AACTA Awards (it was also nominated for Best Film. nbd) through Screen Australia‘s Springboard program, and with some help from ScreenWest. Good one, Australian film industry.

These Final Hours will be in cinemas on the 12th of June, 2014.
