Netflix’s October Release Schedule Is Here & It Is Chock Full Of Nostalgia

CONTENT. Who doesn’t bloody love themselves some red hot new content. It keeps the blood pumping through the veins. And in those stakes, there are few better than your old mates Netflix.

The good folks at the red ribbon streamers have unveiled their full list of releases that’ll be drip-feeding onto your screens throughout October, and as far as 2018 goes this is a top five month for new shit to watch.

Thanks to this morning’s announcement, we know that Making A Murderer season two is making its hotly anticipated arrival on October 19th, which is good news for those of you whose thirst for juicy true crime gear simply cannot be quenched.

Beyond that, however, there’s new stand-up specials from Joe Rogan and Adam Sandler, the return of Netflix original series like Marvel’s Daredevil and Big Mouth, the premiere of weekly episodic favourites like The Good Place, Riverdale, and Black Lightning, and what’s sure to be a cracker of a food doco Salt Fat Acid Heat from renowned food writer and chef Samin Nosrat.

But that’s not all!

Along with all that comes the arrival of a stack of incredibly good movies, including the likes of Ted, Space Jam, Stomp the Yard, Casino, The Land Before Time (!!!), The Hangover: Part II, the severely underrated Justin Long cult hit Accepted, Arrival, and the Robert De Niro tries comedy again vehicle The Intern.

There’s legit something in here for everyone, we reckon. Start circling yr calendars.
