The title says it all, folks – Miley Cyrus has completely wiped her Instagram feed squeaky clean as of last night and fans are scrambling.

Oh, and that pitch black profile picture? Yeah, it’s also the vibes of her Twitter account, YouTube account, and official website. I would take a screenshot of these but it’s literally just black. Although, Cyrus hasn’t deleted anything off her Twitter or YouTube accounts.

Naturally, this has sent fans into a chaotic flutter as they scramble to figure out what this all means. New music? New movie? New Miley? The possibilities are endless… although most people are betting on a new album.

Following in their idol’s footsteps, some dedicated fans adopted the all-black look for their Twitter profiles. Then, #MileyIsComing started to trend on Twitter, then people made those three lil’ words their cover photos on the platform in fandom unity for what’s to come.

Intense times are ahead.

According to this super-fan account, Cyrus had been mysteriously and sneakily deleting/archiving Instagram posts throughout the last week.

14 hours ago, Cyrus still had a bio and a not so blacked-out profile picture:

The plot thickens.

This isn’t the first time a celebrity has done the ol’ Instagram wipe. Blake Lively completely obliterated her Instagram earlier this year to promote her new mystery thriller, A Simple Favor co-starring Anna Kendrick. Taylor Swift also did the deed before she unleashed Reputation onto the world.

Cyrus’ last album, Younger Now, came out back September, 2017 and featured summer bop Malibu.

Meanwhile, Aussie fiancé Liam Hemsworth has his lips sealed despite the gazillion Miley Cyrus fans commenting on his Instagram as I type these words.

P.S The full trailer for Blake Lively’s A Simple Favor is out now. You can check it out, below.

The Gone Girl vibes are strong.
