You might remember in June of this fabulous year of 2015, Justin Bieber wore a Metallica t-shirt on The Ellen Show. And consequently, you might remember, a lot of metalheads got very, very OTT angry about it.
Despite Justin stating that he’s been a lifelong fan of the band, even throwing out his favourite songs and albums, it appeared that it was impossible to believe that a pop star liked an iconic metal band.
Now, the metalheads must eat their words, because their fearless leader has denounced their anger.
Metallica frontman James Hetfield posted a list of his favourite moments of 2015 on the Metallica website, and Biebs wearing their merch is on there.
