In much the same vein as Godwin’s Law and Rule 34 exist (the first relating to the increasing probability of someone bringing up Hitler the longer an online discussion goes on; the second that if something exists, there’s a porn parody of it), there surely has to be some kind of theorem linking ‘fame’ and ‘explosive memoirs from some vaguely-related party’.
Case in point: Meghan Markle‘s estranged half-sister penning a tell-all memoir about her so-called royal ambition and social climbing tendencies.
And although she’s been a household name for years, thanks in part to her starring role in ‘Suits‘, public interest in her life has skyrocketed since she was outed by the tabloids last year as Harry’s leading lady.
“My book deals with my bi-racial family in a candid, warm, personal and socially important way.
“Maybe when Meghan is more mature and reads the book she’ll understand. Some of it she won’t like, some of it she might.”
Meghan, of course, is a 35-year-old successful actress, and not really anyone’s textbook definition of ‘immature’.
If you’re thinking that it sounds exactly like a person attempting to squeeze whatever fame and fortune out of their distant family member’s proximity to royalty as they can – well, you’re not alone.
Thank you… my book deals with very important social issues and it has nothing to do with jealousy. Cheers! https://t.co/mGGwBaPLS1

Meghan and/or Harry haven’t publicly commented, but are said to be a smidge worried.
