Saintly man Mark Ruffalo has built up quite the reputation ever since he accidentally spoiled the ending to Avengers: Infinity War in an interview with Good Morning America. The spoiler in question – literally the words “everybody dies” – was immediately called out by his co-star Don Cheadle but it was simply too late.
As a result, Cheadle no longer does press with Ruffalo which is… well, fair.

Earlier today, while appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the late-night host decided to see if he could tempt the Hulk actor into giving away some Avengers: Endgame spoilers – with a damn lie detector.
Sure, it’s just a gag but with Mark Ruffalo? Oof, bit of a risk.
You’d think Fallon would just ask some silly questions for the laughs but no, no he did not.
“I don’t want to get fired again,” Ruffalo cries right before the test kicks off.
“Is the Hulk secretly a shape-shifting alien known as Skrull?” Fallon asks.
Immediately, Ruffalo throws his head back and says “No Jimmy, I can’t answer that man!”

“Are there any hidden clues in the latest ‘Avengers’ trailer that no one has figured out yet?”
Another?
“Do Bruce Banner and Black Widow finally get together romantically in this new movie?”
BLOODY HELL.
