Mariah Carey Sledged ‘Woman’s Day’ On Instagram Over James Packer Goss

The Mariah Carey / James Packer debacle proves one eternal dictum: if you live by the sword, you die by the sword.

So it is with celebrities and gossip rags. Rumours that Packer and Carey had broken up first came through via perennial Australian magazine Woman’s Day. The magazine’s salacious allegations (the pair broke up because Mariah spends too much money) precipitated a public statement in which they neither confirm nor deny they broke up, but did say they had a huge fight in Greece. We get it, guys. You’ve been to Greece.
Now Mariah has taken the fight right to the front door of Woman’s Day – with an Instagram post sledging the mag.

Bit of background I have only just learned. Here are some key terms for you:
  • “Australian Lambs”: This is what Mariah calls her army of Australian fans, whom I believe are ready and willing to execute a military takeover of the country at any time.
  • “We don’t know you”: Mariah said this to J-Lo once, and now she’s redeploying the roast against an Australian women’s magazine.
As you might imagine, the comments section is hell on earth:
Don’t show your Mum this pic. She won’t know whose side to take.
