Margot Robbie Continues To ‘Breakthrough’ With More Roles Locked In

After playing Mrs. Leo/the Duchess of Bay Ridge in 2013’s Oscar nominated ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’, it would seem that Margot Robbie is beginning to be recognised for her talent and appropriately fought over by Hollywood. As of today it is confirmed that Robbie will appear in ‘Z for Zachariah’ with Chris Pine and another actor who Hollywood is starting to take notice of, Chiwetel Ejiofor (finally).

The film is a psychological thriller adapted from Robert O’Brien’s novel about a woman who thinks herself the sole survivor of an apocalyptic style nuclear situation that is, until two dudes turn up at her farm and she’s like ‘whhhhaaaaa???

The part was originally given to Amanda Seyfried but due to delays, owing to Chiwetel’s ‘12 Years A Slave‘ schedule, she had to pull out for the filming of ‘Fathers and Daughters’ with Russell Crowe and ‘He’s F-ing Perfect’ with Rebel Wilson.
The Neighbours alumni, and noted hottie with a body, will also feature in two other films slated for release this year:

. Focus – “A veteran grifter (Will Smith) takes a young, attractive woman under his wing, but things get complicated when they become romantically involved.” Emphasis on the ‘veteran’ considering Smith is 45 and Robbie is 23. The film also stars Rodrigo Santoro.

. Suite française – “During the early years of German occupation of France, romance blooms between Lucile Angellier (Michelle Williams), a French villager and Bruno von Falk (Mattias Schoenaerts), a German soldier.” Also starring Kristin Scott Thomas.
