In a new Instagram post captioned “And then there was you,” Maitland can be seen smoochin’ the heck out of Dean Gibbs, a Melbourne plumber.
Accompanying the loved-up shot is the hashtag #thankgodhedidntpullouthisguitar, which is likely the most opaque shade she’s contractually allowed to throw in the direction of MAFS troubadour / villain Andrew “Jonesy” Jones.

The new picnic pic is only the latest in a series of images showing the pair together. As early as a month ago, Gibbs was postin’ shots with Maitland, suggesting this likely fix to Maitland’s objectively bleh reality TV show experience has been underway for a while.
The show’s ‘experiment’ is set to run for a little while longer. If you can’t wait that long for answers, we’d recommend just watching each contestant’s social media channels like goddamn hawks.
